this agreement is non-negotiable.
by using the resources provided in any way, you agree to abide by these terms:
- do not redistribute or resell.
- resources may only be used for independent works.
- credit is not necessary but much appreciated.
- works created using these resources are strongly suggested to be distributed under a similar license.
- you will not use the resources provided for:
- public machine learning projects/training datasets
- content ID databases
- blockchain/cryptocurrency-related-media
- the intent of harming others indirectly or directly:
- through political groups or ideologies
- through hate speech
- in any way possible
users utilizing these resources in published work are additionally bound by these terms:
- remixes or edits must not be uploaded to Spotify.
- most other platforms are ok (YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, etc.)
some of my works use resources that are licensed under HLRC LICENSE A and HLRC LICENSE B, and thus are also bound to its terms.
